Paris is home to more than 1000 beehives, containing millions of bees all contributing to the protection of the environment. While many of these beehives are located in private gardens, balconies and terraces throughout the city, a small number have found homes on rooftops overlooking (and, indeed, on top of) Paris' most iconic monuments. First, you will take some time to be introduced to the practice of urban beekeeping, in locations boasting some of the finest views in the city. Afterwards, you will take part in a tasting of Paris honey, paired with Champagne and French cheeses.
